• $15.2 million verdict following a jury trial in a wrongful death case involving a multi-vehicle crash on Route 20 in Stockton, Illinois, that claimed the life of a 71-year-old woman. This is the largest jury verdict in Winnebago County history.
• Represented plaintiff in a personal injury case where while working for a large manufacturing company, he fell into an unprotected drainage pit near his workstation that contained uninsulated steam pipes and hot water and was seriously and permanently injured.
• Represented the family of a deceased man in a wrongful death case against a multi-state auto salvage company and electrical contractor where a 37-year-old husband and father of two minor children was killed while performing maintenance work on a vehicle shredder.
