Jared Arthur Clay began his legal career at a civil litigation firm in Norfolk, Virginia, where he handled commercial, employment, and personal injury matters, and has argued multiple times before the Supreme Court of Virginia. He, his wife Stephanie, and their children are happy to be home in Illinois.
Mr. Clay is licensed to practice in Illinois and Virginia, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Clay has a general practice that includes civil litigation, business law, and complex personal injury cases. He has participated in 10 jury trials and numerous bench trials.
Mr. Clay earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where he was also the Executive Editor of the Regent Journal of Law & Public Policy and a competitor on the Regent Trial Advocacy Board. He graduated with honors from Evangel University, where he played college basketball.
